Mike Clear has more than 35 years of experience in the industry. He currently serves as chief operations officer and chief financial officer at Realty ONE Group. Clear is a strategic advisor to business owners, real estate professionals and others outside of the industry, contributing to think tanks with high-level executives around the country. 

Clear oversees human resources, marketing, accounting and finance, brokerage operations, technology and strategic partner programs. Despite a challenging market, Clear continues to guide the growth and international expansion of this popular lifestyle real estate brand while mentoring teams and individuals throughout its now global network. Under Mike’s leadership, Realty ONE Group grew its agent count to over 18,000, sold new franchises and opened new doors. Clear is called on to speak at industry events and appears frequently throughout Realty ONE Group’s ONE University coaching program to guide and train entrepreneurs to success.
