As chief financial officer, Sun Yee has guided CIVIC Financial Services through a successful acquisition. He transitioned CIVIC from being a closely held private company to a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Western Bank. Yee personally spearheaded all financial and accounting aspects of the drive, which included new compliance requirements, new financial modeling and reporting needs and new accounting systems, all while managing and guiding accounting and finance team members through extraordinary changes. Yee sees opportunities within P&L by enabling CIVIC to be in the best possible capital and profitability position.
