This has translated into the creation of more jobs as every real estate loan made by InstaLend creates roughly 6 jobs. By lending to house flippers and empowering real estate entrepreneurs, Shah has helped them realize their vision of generating passive income. 

What is one habit that has helped you succeed?

Acknowledging the importance of understanding customer requirements by having direct conversations with our clients. I’ve kept an open line of communication with our customers to understand what they appreciate about our services, and most importantly, what they wished could be improved.
