What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
“My boss told me as a product manager it is important to live in the problem space. You will be most successful if you start by gathering a deep understanding of what the user’s problems are, then pool your resources and speak with those around you to come up with the best solutions to test. If you limit where the solutions come from, or try to come up with them all on your own, you will often miss the best ideas.”
