Since joining the team in 2018, Senior Vice President of Marketing Bijoy John has played an instrumental role in scaling Newrez’s retention business. John’s servant-leadership style is to empower his team to be their best selves, which is how he was able to turn a tiny marketing operation into an industry-leading powerhouse. Through transforming customer touchpoints, driving focus on segmentation and being a key driver in creating campaigns, John is working to revolutionize communication with homebuyers within the mortgage space.

John focuses on direct-to-consumer marketing and champions the development of the department’s team members. Joining the team when there were only a handful of team members, John been a major driving force behind its growth to nearly 78 members.

Instrumental in establishing communication with customers, John has been leading efforts to increase the quality and volume of qualified mortgage leads by transforming customer touchpoints.
