From P&L management to program management and brand supervision, Carrie is engaged in every aspect of the Aslan business. Since envisioning and opening Aslan in September 2019, she has personally recruited and prepared every member of her staff. She’s written the business plan and negotiated space, technology and contracts. She also facilitates quarterly coaching sessions to help every Aslan employee become the very best version of themselves.
