Stewart started as CertifID’s first customer success manager four years ago and has grown the function into a team that now spans customer success, onboarding, operations and support. Her team enabled customers to safely process 340,000 real estate payment transactions last year, which meant billions of dollars that were protected against fraud. That included $16 million in payoff fraud cases that were caught and prevented — demonstrating her mindset to raise the bar of experience for her customers daily. This came through in a recent initiative that the company rolled out to help customers stay safe during the SVB banking crisis. With Stewart’s leadership, the teams were able to enable free product access to hundreds of title agencies in just a few days.
