Aravinda Gollapudi leads Ellie Mae’s engineering team responsible for building and delivering Encompass Consumer Connect. Since joining Ellie Mae in 2016, she has driven development of critical products, including Consumer Connect, which serves as the digital front-end for home buyers to interact with their lenders.

Gollapudi and her team built it into a solution for lenders to provide borrowers with compelling, personalized digital experiences. Demonstrating dedication and focus in the presence of challenging demands, Gollapudi delivered on aggressive roadmap demands across multiple teams while focusing on customer success and working with individual customers during implementation and rollout.

Not only is Gallapudi a “tremendous champion of engineering and operational excellence,” as Ellie Mae puts it, she serves as a role model for women in tech, advocating for them by leading the EMerge Women’s Leadership Group, which provides training and support for women across Ellie Mae.
