Jami Haddad, national post-closing and audit operations manager at PrimeLending, ensures lenders can sleep at night after a long day of closing loans.

Haddad and her team’s attention to detail and expertise in compliance have saved more than 1,400 originators time and money on at least 60,000 transactions over the last year.

She has more than 18 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, with over 14 years at PrimeLending. Haddad began as a branch production team lead, managing six loan officers. That team continued to grow and shortly thereafter she became the production manager for a top-performing branch. At the time, the branch was the company’s third largest. Haddad didn’t stop there. Now, she manages a team of 93 employees and is responsible for protecting the bottom line of more than 300 branches in the U.S.
