What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Be consistent in action. The consistency of your endeavors, in exercise, companionship and work, is more important than the quantity. Nothing beats small things done every day. Those small actions are far more impactful than what you do occasionally. Consistently making progress, moving forward, even if it’s a small step every day, leads to big outcomes due to the power of compounding. Consistency and discipline is how I do everything—whether that’s building technology, financial investing or working on my fitness.
