From his dorm room, Milestones CEO Dustin Gray founded CATYLIST, serving 100,000 commercial real estate professionals with an application for marketing, research and data analytics sold to Moodys. From there, Gray became the senior vice president of Innovation and Product at Real Page, managing a team of 1200 product developers before joining MOVE, operators of Realtor.com, as their head of Operations.

In 2019, Gray focused his attention on helping consumers with homeownership. His current firm, Milestones, helps real estate and mortgage professionals maintain and deepen client relationships through the offering of a portal for every homeowner.
