Jon Ringer brings nearly 20 years of experience guiding the product development of tech startups. He has overseen Endpoint’s product roadmap from the start, first as a member of the BCG Digital Ventures/First American incubation team and over the past five years as the company’s senior vice president of product. Ringer has evolved Endpoint’s products and services to a point where the routine tasks associated with the settlement process have been automated and flow through a centralized operating platform that saves both time and money while offering security, accuracy and consistency at scale.

For the past five years, Ringer has led the effort at Endpoint to make home closing easy for all by marrying the knowledge and expertise of seasoned closing specialists with AI and other cutting-edge technologies to automate routine and redundant tasks. The result has been a much improved closing experience that is less costly, time-consuming and stressful for everyone involved.  Over the past 12 months, this has included designing Endpoint’s products and services to flow through a centralized operating platform that leverages AI and machine learning to automatically open orders and route documentation to one of Endpoint’s dedicated closing specialists. These advancements have allowed Endpoint to expand its services to proptech, SFR investors and brokerages looking to partner with a single settlement provider that can offer security, accuracy and consistency at scale.

As the residential real estate industry continues to embrace technology to simplify the transaction, Ringer and his product team are focused on continuing to unlock workflow automation in a way that delivers the client a white-glove experience.
